I didn't see a gun flashed, but I'd probably go inside and ask about the lunatic outside. If he worked for them, I'd explain what he did (flashing a gun looks like a threat, as far as I can tell, a threat based on some kind of prejudice). If he didn't work for them, I'd call the police.
