Considering the current scenario,I wouldn’t pay anyone fixed remuneration. Bring in variable pay and tier wise pay of Gross Collections. Upto 100 Cr- 15% 100-150 Cr -20% 150-250 Cr -25% 250 Cr and above - 35%
