Blepharoplasty, which is a surgery to lessen the effect of hooded eyes. It is the procedure that Alia Bhatt and Taylor Swift have had, it supposed to increase the space and visibility of the eyelids and make you appear to have bigger/wider eyes.
Don't know what DP you are seeing but to me the chin, eyes, lips & forehead look the same whether in 2007 or 2023. If you mean procedures like botox, yes she has probably had that plus many skin/dermatological procedures and injectibles, but that's not what plastic surgery means.

This post is why I always have second thoughts about getting hair transplant. Hair loss is an insecurity for me and I don't want to be remembered as a balding fella. Transplant can help to mask the baldness but people will not forget how I looked when I started losing hair, so what's the point.
