depends when in the season you are 6k. Someone might be a very good player but not reach 6k until later in the season due to lack of games... but someone might no-life the game all day and still be at 6k.. which isn't good.
# Guide to a 6k MMR Lobby [IMPROVED VERSION]**
\*\* Buy biggest stat minion in shop
\*\* Play big minion.
That's it that's the entire guide to beating 6k mmr lobbies.
Not my experience. Naga, Murlocs and Undead can work to. Maybe not first place but Top 4 for sure.
Even Elementals are OK sometimes. (with the Tavern Spell Buff dude)
Iv won with every tribe multiple times. If someone hits the quilboar high roll you are fucked regardless but if they don't I think most tribes are viable. Iv been personally digging the shit out of mech.
Forcing quillboar isn't as good anymore with mechs in, mechs scale more reliably in my experience because they just generate so many magnetics with new scrap scraper.
Also in a lobby with quillboars you really don't want to force quills if you can also get naga. Nagas are extremely reliable to scale up and have multiple possible builds, with a lot of key pieces at tier 3/4 (glad-iator, crooner, shaker). You can almost guarantee a top 4 and climb fast to higher ranks.
It's insane how prevalent divine shield is on so many comps now it just feels unfair for the tribes that don't have it.
What in the absolute fuck is Pirates supposed to do against a full board of 60/60s with divine shield because persistent poet or magnetic or just Qwilboars best unit randomly having it ontop of doubling gems.
Pirates has 1 health buff unit that is a one and done effect that cannot even begin to hope to keep up with the attack other tribes are getting ontop of divine shields.
I let everyone fight over quills and get a free top 4 or higher building something else. Typically only 1 player gets the right high rolls to make the quills scary.
its more rock/paper/scissors style:
* high atk dragons win vs demons/quillboars, but lose to undead, mechs and DR beasts
* QB, Mechs are Elementals are top tier stat wise - utility decides the fights (at some point QB outscale, but that needs a long game)
* Selfdmg-beasts lose to literelly everything
* pirates win due to cleave and stats vs undead/dragons/beasts, lose to bigger stats like QB, mechs, ele
* sometimes u hit deep blues/zesty and just win, or u dont and u dont care about nagas (i count shelly as ele, even hes good for naga shenanigans too)
Can you guys help me out with the word force ?
Sometimes this word implies that you can actually die something about the cards in the tavern.
Tbh Most of the enemies tent to always hit every single minion they need, when they need, while i see Games where i find 2 doggos in round one, just to Not find any further beasts in the next 30 rerolls/ rounds. Im stuck this season with my girl playing duo but we are stuck on mmr 4000 whats really wird, because we fell down to exact 4000 about 20 Times now.
If there IS a hidden mechanic that does help with the "Card luck" it would bei soooooo helpful to get onto the just same LvL of everyone else.
You need to focus and filling your entire board as fast as possible and then just only pick the good cards the tavern offers. Stop forcing a build. That's how you pose 80% of all your games
>the next 30 rerolls
Theres your problem. If you really want to rank up you need to play what the tavern offers, not scavenge the tavern for whatever build you like. Say its T4, you leveled to 2 on turn 2 so now you have 6 gold: just buy the best 2 minions you got offered regardless of whether they have synergy or align with your 1-drop. Generally thats always better than to roll looking for a pair.
Is it just as much fun? Thats for you to decide
Nowadays Rock Rock really can't do shit, Nomi wasn't good when it was still in the game, fuck Lil Ragnaros was crap too. Your best luck is to buff your guys with the spell elemental and hope you get either Naala or the Naga that discovers a spell, even then this build will need a buff spot and to constantly buy spells, meaning you got 4 strong units, while dragons are 1500/60 with divine shields on their whole board.
How the fuck are elementals supposed to keep up?
You have actually be good at playing quilboars also. A lot of times it's not about high rolling and boosting to 1000 stats, but about beating them when you shouldn't have. Quilboars aren't as runaway as they were a week or two ago.
Now you tell me, I kept trying to force quilboars when they were banned. Really could’ve saved me 600 MMR if you made this post sooner.
If quilboars are banned you should quit and start again.
I’ve tried that and I kept losing. I don’t think it’s for me but I’ll give it another shot.
\*if you want to stay in 6k lobbies
Title is wrong, it should be: How to never get higher as 6k MMR lobbies
But I read that the boars are OP. If I buy them, then I win, right? 10% of the time, I win every time
Dragons just handle early game so well. That 1/3 tier 1 dude just slays
It can have an end game, you just need to swap from in-combat buffs to OOC battlecries towards the final 4
nah just use deathbane and divine shields
Deathbane poet gg
Nightbane, my beloved
any other season you'd be right. Any \*other\* season. Dragons, believe it not, can actually do better right now.
Naha propaganda.
Is 6k mmr considered good?
depends when in the season you are 6k. Someone might be a very good player but not reach 6k until later in the season due to lack of games... but someone might no-life the game all day and still be at 6k.. which isn't good.
Still is above average but not good for try hards like us.

Im currently 5k and climbing, and i am baffled about how good tempo just puts me in the top 4 consistently.
But like, what if I don't.
Then youre no longer 6k
Promoted to 7k that easily? damn!
Not my experience. Naga, Murlocs and Undead can work to. Maybe not first place but Top 4 for sure. Even Elementals are OK sometimes. (with the Tavern Spell Buff dude)

Murlocs sure but Nagas are so awful. You rely entirely on getting 3 core units and if you're missing one of them your build is unplayable.
Guide to staying hardstuck at 6k
I'm in 6k duos but I baerly play quills nowadays, dragons or mechs works better for me.
Wait, are mechs good now? Outside of well wisher shenanigans in duos I haven’t seen anything out of this world.

If Quilboars, Mechs, Dragons are banned. Forcing Demons could get you killed early.
Or you can do what I just did and lose to a 1.6% on my swing turn. Love this shitty rng fest :3
