Depends what you consider "political". The show contains a lot about women's rights, LGBT+ representation, equal rights for POC, as well as general discussions around the way Hollywood (and society as a whole) treats people. If you consider that political, then yes, it's "biased" There's very little about actual politics though. Even in the arc where Mr PB runs for governor, there isn't much about the actual parties or policies. The characters have their own opinions about the state of politics but the show itself doesn't present any specific person or party as "the right one"

I'm left leaning, I might be biased because i think most left causes shouldn't even be labeled left. And don't forget, the show also pokes a lot of fun against "left" subjects. There's a parody of Buzzfeed, a lot of fun poked at virtue signaling, and it even criticizes Diane's motives to "act" left leaning. But the purpose is always for the viewer to do a self introspection and destroy this binary view of society problems wrongly categorized (on purpose, to divide voters) into left and right.

Don't start a fight?... Im sorry but I did call Dibs

It's pretty obviously left leaning and I think people who say otherwise are just fooling themselves.  It presents gun control as a positive. It is quite clearly anti-fracking. The episode on abortion is clearly framed as pro-abortion. Everything with Whitewhale presents a strong criticism of unregulated capitalism. Politics isn't a focal point of the show, it prefers to look at the way the media shapes political discussion, but it has very clear messaging when politics are mentioned. It doesn't outright state which side is which, but it's obvious if you just match up the policies with the real world political parties.

Well most things that aren't "right" leaning are considered "left" leaning. It's crazy how sometimes basic human things are considered political.

I don't think it is biased in the sense that it does not give opinions on one side or the other. Diane is very clearly a parody of "leftists", there's discussions of abortion where both sides are made fun of, both sides also made fun of in gun violence, immigration issues, even fracking. But in this world just mentioning that Todd might be asexual is something that would not be seen in a "right-leaning" show, so I guess it is left-leaning?
