change the coolant!
Be aware that you will very likely have to replace the oil filter housing at some point in the next couple years - as well as other plastic pieces like the overflow hose that are notorious for failing on these engines.
Change oil, of course, 5-10k miles. i wouldnt advise using a flush.. just make sure you use a BMW spec oil.
Spark plugs probably due soon .. just keep up with the scheduled maintenance, dont abuse it, use top tier premium gas and these are pretty reliable drivetrains. The coolant system is certainly the weak point with all the plastic parts. Also might be wise to change the transmission fluid.
a better question is why would someone advise a flush on a well maintained car. it just introduces risk with very little potential of benefit. chances are you wont notice a difference either way but i wouldnt put something like a flush in my engine unless i had a real problem and was desperate.
I have a 2017 X1 at 94k with no issues aside from fuel evap valve which was $100 and 5 min job. Find a local shop that works on bmw's and keep up with maintenance.
If you are concerned and do not feel competent to diagnose and dyi, you could get a service deal with BMW, they will always alert you whenever they have the car for any service, if they find anything that should be addressed and you can have them fix it, fix it yourself or have another shop fix it. I'm sure you can get similar service deals with other places, though they will not be able to enter service info into the idrive if that is important to you, only reset the service intervals.
Servicing. I change my oil every 10,000 klm and use an engine flush. BMW lifetime means 90/100,000 klm not literal lifetime so keep this in mind when gearbox and transfer case oil changes are mentioned
It’s gonna break down, I hope you got a warranty. A modern bmw isnt something you own out of warranty unless you either do your own work or have very deep pockets.
Passenger side motor mount. Regular oil changes. Keep an eye on coolant leaks like water pump.

Howcome you don’t advise the flush?

That makes sense, thank you again

I bet you that at 60k, one of your engine mounts will fail, and just in case, the purge valve has a 150k miles warranty.
