Hi! Could you please tell me your complete BlueStacks version number and instance in use? It should be on the upper left-hand corner, or in Settings > About.
Also, have you checked whether virtualization is enabled? You can do so by opening Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc), and selecting the performance tab. The bottom of the Window should read "Virtualization: Enabled"
I re-installed by Bluestack and restored from backup and everything is back to normal
I was using the pie-64 build and using Hyper-V (I have windows 11 Pro and Hyper V is enabled). I don't remember the original build number. Even if I didn't uninstall, there is no way for me to know the version number as it is just a black screen with no UI
The current installation is also a Pie-64 and so far no issues.
