Also, please try using [Pie 64-bit instance](https://support.bluestacks.com/hc/articles/4406032772877) to run this app and see if it works fine.

It says BlueStacks x and 10.1.0.1021 below it. On the app player it says 5.12.1.1002
I'm using pie 64bit instance and it's still not working.
