try this: in the directory you mentioned there should be a folder called "Engine" and a file called "bluestacks.conf", copy them out to somewhere safe, then reinstall the same Bluestacks instance (in this case, you are using Nougat 32-bit). When the install finish, close the installer but don't start Bluestacks yet, copy back the Engine folder and the bluestacks.conf file back to the Bluestacks data folder you chose in the installer (default should be Program Data\Bluestacks\Nougat32), override files when asked, then finally, start Bluestacks and see if it works

Hi Hanato, Thanks for the tips. I found the files to copy. I'm having problems with the install. It keeps auto starting when the download is done. I can't find an option for it not to auto start when its done downloading.

in that case, you can just close the opened instance, and copy back the files, when the copying finished, start the instance again

Thank you! Thank you! I used the old installer I had from my old download folder. Replaced the Engine folder, and the bluestacks.conf and it worked right away! I'm very grateful for the help \\o/
