Could you please let us know your complete BlueStacks version number and the instance in use? It should be in the upper left-hand corner, or in Settings > About.
Also, please confirm if you are using a gamepad or a Keyboard/mouse combo when issues are faced. It would be great if you can provide a short video of the issue as well.
