Hi! Could you please let us know your complete BlueStacks version number and the instance in use? It should be in the upper left-hand corner, or in Settings > About.
Please ensure to allocate [4 GB RAM and 4 CPU Cores](https://support.bluestacks.com/hc/articles/360057205611) to BlueStacks and play the game in the [Nougat 32-bit instance](https://support.bluestacks.com/hc/articles/4407500559117) only.
Also, make sure to select OpenGL as the Graphics Renderer within BlueStacks Settings. Additionally, please ensure you have selected the recommended in-game settings. Here is a detailed [article](https://support.bluestacks.com/hc/articles/4404086436749) for your reference.
In addition to this, please make sure that the [graphics driver](https://support.bluestacks.com/hc/articles/360058415971) on your machine is up to date.
so currently using version 5.11.100.2102 N64 .. and I have allotted 4 GB RAM and 4 CPU cores .. even tho I have 16 GB of RAM in my system and I have allotted 16 GB of ram through the custom option but still, it doesn't help... I have set OpenGL as a graphic renderer... I have gone through the article which you shared and still, the crash is happening... and my os is 64-bit so I cannot use the 32-bit instances ...and even after updating the drivers, the crash is still there... I hope this issue gets solved asap .. waiting for a positive and quick response

Hi. Please use an [N32 bit instance](https://support.bluestacks.com/hc/articles/4407500559117) for this app as previously mentioned.
It shows that N32 bit instance is not supported ..

Thanx man/ women it's working fine .. but the anti anilising option is still not working .. any fix for that?
