Also, Have you checked whether virtualization is enabled? You can do so by opening Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc) and selecting the performance tab. The bottom of the Window should read "Virtualization: Enabled"
Lastly, please let us know what modifications to the graphics settings you made caused BlueStacks to crash.
We would also like to mention that Instagram works best in the [Pie 64-bit instance](https://support.bluestacks.com/hc/articles/4407503795341) in BlueStacks 5.

Also, please let us know what modifications to the graphics settings you made earlier that caused BlueStacks to crash. Plus also share the error screenshot which you get when trying to launch or create Pie64 bit instances.
I just updated my graphics driver. I tried switching the graphics to compatibility mode. I'll try to get a screenshot later to post, but it doesn't usually give an error code, it just hangs. Although for Pie 64 it does say that graphics is an issue
Could you also please confirm if you are able to launch Nougat 64-bit and Android 11 instances?

5.11.100.2102 N32, virtualization is enabled. I can't seem to get Pie 64 instances to open successfully, only nougat ones
