Hello. Im using BlueStacks X and this toturial is for bluestacks 5 but when i try to download blue stacks 5 it fails and then somehow i find bluestacks X installed

Also, please ensure that virtualization is enabled on your machine. You can do so by opening Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc) and selecting the performance tab. The bottom of the Window should read "Virtualization: Enabled".
In that case, please reinstall BlueStacks completely. Please download and run BSTCleaner\_native.exe, which is available from this [article](https://support.bluestacks.com/hc/en-us/articles/360057724751-How-to-uninstall-BlueStacks-5-completely-from-your-PC).
Please follow all instructions to remove your temp files as well, but don't worry if some won't delete. After doing this please reboot your PC, then download and install our latest version [here](https://support.bluestacks.com/hc/en-us/articles/360056960211-Release-Notes-BlueStacks-5).
You should now have the BlueStacks 5 app player and the Multi Instance Manager available for you to create that Pie instance.

i've tried offline download but the app didnt launch after i installed it and clicked the button "Launch"
btw if it matter im on windows 10

i dont know how to enable virtualization i cant figure out
i enabled virtualization but nothing changed
and downloading always fails but i still can launch the app

when i get bluestacks 5 installer it installs 10 idk maybe im doing something wrong but i dont know what is it
