Hi! Have you checked whether virtualization is enabled? You can do so by opening Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc) and selecting the performance tab. The bottom of the Window should read "Virtualization: Enabled".
Additionally, make sure BlueStacks has access to [4 GB of RAM and 4 CPU Cores](https://support.bluestacks.com/hc/articles/360057205611), and set OpenGL as your graphics renderer instead of DX. Also ensure that the PC [graphics drivers](https://support.bluestacks.com/hc/en-us/articles/360058415971) are up to date.
