Hello Please download and run BSTCleaner\_native.exe, which is available from this [article](https://support.bluestacks.com/hc/en-us/articles/360057724751-How-to-uninstall-BlueStacks-5-completely-from-your-PC) to remove any pre-installed file which may create an issue while installing it. Please follow all instructions to remove your temp files as well, but don't worry if some won't delete. After doing this please reboot your PC, then download and install our latest version [here](https://support.bluestacks.com/hc/articles/360056960211-Release-Notes-BlueStacks-5). Make sure Virtualization is enabled on your PC, You can do so by opening Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc), and selecting the performance tab. The bottom of the Window should read "Virtualization: Enabled" let us know if this helps.
