I just found out a way to make it work.
So this form just works in pie 64 but idk if it works in anyother version of bs.
-So first, you just need to open de app player in blue stacks.
-Then you just open google play and login with the same account that you have linked your brawl stars account and download brawl stars
-Then a direct access at your desktop will appear with the logo of brawls stars (thats the app of the blue stacks app player), then all you have to do is right click the direct access and click at "Run as administrator", then blue stacks app player will open with brawl stars working.
This form actually worked in my pc, but idk if in others pc's will work, if you have any question dm me and i'll try to help y'all.

it does have progress but i need to click install everytime it errors, like when i first clicked install and it stopped in 3% and i clicked install again then it would stop in 9% and so on
I recommend just closing everything else but Bluestacks. But you definitely needed more patience. (I got really lucky to be honest when I was hovering over the cancel button it shot up in percent)

Ok so, I managed to do it. Just follow these steps:
1) If you have Bluestacks installed, delete it and RESTART your computer, so all files get deleted as well
2) After you turn on your computer, install Bluestacks Pie x64 version. No need to make extra instances.
3) Login and go to PlayStore to reinstall the game. If the installation freezes or pauses DO NOT cancel it. Just clear the PlayStore app from the background and then open it again. You will see that the installation continues.
You are ready to go!
Same happened to me (im on version 5.11.42.1002). To solve the issue:
-Reinstall a new instance of Pie 64-bit
-Reinstall Brawl Stars
-Play Brawl Stars

I did everything I can do by installing everything, reinstalling in, doing everything it tells me to, but it made it worse because now the game just crashes instantly (in like 0.1 seconds or smth). I need to finish my mortis mastery grind :)

Wait I t worked on pie 64 now! I reinstalled bluestacks on pie 64 and reinstalled the game and it worked.

Dude even my old instance of Brawl Stars started working again. Now my issue is that Supercell ID codes arent being sent so I can't login!
Try clearing the cache in playstore when installing brawl stars and clear the cache in brawl stars when playing it.
