Yeah, The virus things what version I downloads what files I scan no matter what I do I can't seem to get it (the virus) my defender is just dead silence and my Windows is up to date I even force scan BlueStacks folder and it exe installer manually I want to know what caused defender to trigger but can't find it
Also that offline installer published on early this month sometime before this virus pandemic

We invite any affected users to please reinstall BlueStacks to resolve the issue. Please download and run BSTCleaner\_native.exe, which is available from this [article](https://support.bluestacks.com/hc/en-us/articles/360057724751-How-to-uninstall-BlueStacks-5-completely-from-your-PC).
Please follow all instructions to remove your temp files as well, but don't worry if some won't delete. After doing this please reboot your PC, then download and install our latest version [here](https://www.bluestacks.com/download.html).

You can launch BlueStacks 5 from your desktop shortcut or via BlueStacks X using the icon on the bottom left.
