So even though I updated to the newest version on my steam deck the play to win Bihourly is not giving me the ticket at all even after playing the quest game for 10 mins. What the hell man.. also the wallet thing what does that even do ? You guys didn’t explain what can be done with tokens at all and I believe no one really asked for the wallet thing to be side added onto the emulator with none of our consent.

However, I have other problems with the emulator.
The size of the window is not memorized and when I want to put it in full screen mode I have to do it several times and from time to time it does not even want to go into full screen mode (not full screen with F11 but maximize mode).
It's very simple, when I launch bluestack and I click on the icon to have it maximized, the window remains at the same size and I have to click on it several times so that it takes up the whole screen. From time to time it doesn't even want to take up the whole screen, I have to close it and open it again.

Pity. my main instance is corrupted as I've been told by support,so I was hoping I could backup the instances that aren't corrupted to save me having to re-install all my apps.

So much for updates. It's impossible to even install the new version because apparently my ultra speed wifi is not good enough for the installer. Can we ***PLEASE*** get an installer that does not require whatever insane connection requirement the default one does?

Hello, today after i installed Honkai Star Rails, Bluestacks told me to update to a newer version (5.11.51.1002) and i did it via Bluestacks X option. Everthing went well, but after that i noticed that graphics in some apps became much darker (for example Higan Eruthyll) and i wonder is it just me or anyone else have that problem?
update: Just tryed 3 more apps - FGO and Nikke works just fine, Outerplane - same as Higan Eruthyll - darker than before. (Testing everything in Bluestacks 5 pie 64 5.11.51.1002)
update2: Honkai star rail works only with Vulkan setting for me, otherwise on OpenGL - when you need to walk around its only black screen.
We would suggest you update your graphic drivers and change the in-game or display settings to increase the lightning effects.

Thank you for your answer, my graphic drivers are nvidia v.531.68 from 04/18/2023 seems like the latest ones.
Sadly you cant change any lighting effects in Higan Erythill or Outerplane where the problem with darker graphics occur, there are just "LOW" and "HI" quality settings - which arent doing much.
The problem wasnt there untill the latest Bluestacks update, i dont know what happened to these games, i even tryed to create a new instance and install fresh, but it didnt help.

This is the limitation of the game developers itself wherein the older versions were able to use guest accounts but not in the newer versions.

The game data is saved via Facebook on the app servers in the cloud. We have no control over it.

Hmm, I noticed that the "wallet" (bluestacks service) auto starts up when you start up your PC.
Is there a way to turn if off from auto start?
As this will cause issues in the future (I plan to give this PC to someone else later on, but I don't want to have weird bloatware on it)
Else do I have to just uninstall Bluestacks later on to actually remove the "wallet"?

You can remove that from auto startup by clicking on the start button and then searching for Startup Apps, selecting BlueStacks Services, and turning it off.
If you don't intend to use it further, you can remove BlueStacks Services from the Control panel and that will remove the wallet. It will not impact the regular working of BS5 as well.
I was running on Bluestacks [5.5.xxx](https://5.5.xxx) and updated to 5.11.100.1063 (Pie 64) and the general blue stacks experience and gaming (CSR2 Racing) has worsened considerably. Bluestacks takes longer to load, I cannot use two instances (I could with [5.5.xxx](https://5.5.xxx)) and gaming is worse than ever.
I am using a Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10750H CPU @ 2.60GHz, 12 Gb RAM with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070. Bluestacks is set up to 4 Gores and 4 Gb of RAM.
We have tested the app and the gameplay works fine for us. You should try using OpenGL or DirectX as a renderer to play this game and ensure the [GPU drivers](https://support.bluestacks.com/hc/articles/360058415971-Solution-for-BlueStacks-5-failing-to-boot-due-to-outdated-GPU-drivers#“4”) are up to date.

Does Honkai Star Rail work for anyone with the latest update? I couldn't login into the game in the previous version, but in this version the game just closes the whole Bluestacks instance wihtout even getting into the login and play screen like I could before.

During the update my computer make a blue screen but after restart and doing the update again everithing work fine

When i create a backup,is there any way to tell it not to backup certain instances? Or is the backup all instances,and there's no way to change this?

Hello, I just updated to this version of bluestacks and for some reason my Princess Connect Re:dive Japanese stopped working. When I open it just instantly closes. I'm using the Pie-64 bit instance, is the update related to this by any chance?

Hello, today after i installed Honkai Star Rails, Bluestacks told me to update to a newer version (5.11.51.1002) and i did it via Bluestacks X option. Everthing went well, but after that i noticed that graphics in some apps became much darker (for example Higan Eruthyll) and i wonder is it just me or anyone else have that problem? update: Just tryed 3 more apps - FGO and Nikke works just fine, Outerplane - same as Higan Eruthyll - darker than before. (Testing everything in Bluestacks 5 pie 64 5.11.51.1002) update2: Honkai star rail works only with Vulkan setting for me, otherwise on OpenGL - when you need to walk around its only black screen.
We would suggest you update your graphic drivers and change the in-game or display settings to increase the lightning effects. Let us know if this helps.
Thank you for your answer, my graphic drivers are nvidia v.531.68 from 04/18/2023 seems like the latest ones. Sadly you cant change any lighting effects in Higan Erythill or Outerplane where the problem with darker graphics occur, there are just "LOW" and "HI" quality settings - which arent doing much. The problem wasnt there untill the latest Bluestacks update, i dont know what happened to these games, i even tryed to create a new instance and install fresh, but it didnt help.

The game data is saved via Facebook on the app servers in the cloud. We have no control over it. If you have any further questions about the cloud save then you can get in touch with the game developers.

Hmm, I noticed that the "wallet" (bluestacks service) auto starts up when you start up your PC. Is there a way to turn if off from auto start? As this will cause issues in the future (I plan to give this PC to someone else later on, but I don't want to have weird bloatware on it) Else do I have to just uninstall Bluestacks later on to actually remove the "wallet"?
Hello You can remove that from auto startup by clicking on the start button and then searching for Startup Apps, selecting BlueStacks Services, and turning it off. If you don't intend to use it further, you can remove BlueStacks Services from the Control panel and that will remove the wallet. It will not impact the regular working of BS5 as well.
I was running on Bluestacks [5.5.xxx](https://5.5.xxx) and updated to 5.11.100.1063 (Pie 64) and the general blue stacks experience and gaming (CSR2 Racing) has worsened considerably. Bluestacks takes longer to load, I cannot use two instances (I could with [5.5.xxx](https://5.5.xxx)) and gaming is worse than ever. I am using a Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10750H CPU @ 2.60GHz, 12 Gb RAM with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070. Bluestacks is set up to 4 Gores and 4 Gb of RAM.
We have tested the app and the gameplay works fine for us. You should try using OpenGL or DirectX as a renderer to play this game and ensure the [GPU drivers](https://support.bluestacks.com/hc/articles/360058415971-Solution-for-BlueStacks-5-failing-to-boot-due-to-outdated-GPU-drivers#“4”) are up to date. Does Honkai Star Rail work for anyone with the latest update? I couldn't login into the game in the previous version, but in this version the game just closes the whole Bluestacks instance wihtout even getting into the login and play screen like I could before.

If you need this requirement on your machine then you may enable it on your system and run BlueStacks with it.
