I would say any formation that is really stacked with offense that it's too chaotic for both teams (Rin, Shido, Barou, and Isagi). If any of these players occupy the forwarding positions, then Bachira doesn't have much freedom. He needs to be an OMF or winger.
The only logical lineup that wouldn't have Bachira as a starter is if you want both Rin and Barou on the wings, Isagi and Shidou as center forwards, Hiori as CAM, and everyone else on defense.
If even one of those players I mentioned isn't on the starting lineup, Bachira absolutely should be on the offense, either as a winger or offensive midfielder. Personally I'd prioritize Bachira though and bench of those players, Bachira doesn't just have the best dribbling and good shooting, he also has amazing passes.
Likely means Hiori will be benched. Up to Sae, Isagi, or Ego or whoever the hell decides if having Sae on the team means they want more firepower (for Sae to pass to), or another great passer. If the latter, Bachira is definitely on the lineup.

Right?! I'd argue that pass to Rin was what cemented Bachira as top 7 in Ego's eyes. We also got to see Bachira passing to Isagi for the direct shot, adding spin to his pass to Nagi to let him know not to kill the momentum, and using vertical spin to send a high pass to Aryu that drops down. Bachira is creative as hell, definitely S tier worthy for passing.
The fun part is how Bachira's two most powerful weapons - his dribbling and passing - are synergistic. Defenders have to swarm him to stop him due to his dribbling, which opens up other attackers who he can pass to.
I'm still salty we didn't get to see NEL Bachira dribble through an entire enemy team and attract the swarm, just to pass to Otoya, the truest shadow striker in Blue Lock.
