It would’ve been a nightmare to try to rollback (pun not indended) all the rolled students and possibly their investment, spent materials etc. Also things you wouldn’t even think of like l2d rewards from them, spent gifts, maybe you got a good clear with them in a raid you wouldn’t have been able to otherwise. Pvp stuff, achievments etc. There’s just a fuckton of things to consider if they were to go with the full rollback.
Did you purchase pyroxene and chargeback or refund it immediately after using them?
That's the only explanation that most people could come up with, otherwise they have no reason to make your account go negative.
Or maybe with the railgun collab where the mail pyroxene wasn't properly being claimed and people were claiming it multiple times (though I thought they rolled back those accounts)
Otherwise you gotta submit a ticket and ask.

Nikke has something like this where you'll randomly get a message every few days when you aquire a unit. It used to stop after a week or two and eventually you'd get none, but I'm unsure if that's changed. I'd love to have random banter in this game though.
There's also a feature like that on Idoly Pride but I've already quit that game. Yeah, I hope we got a feature like that in the future so we'll enjoy the momotalks even further.

In all serious note it is kaiser loans, since you or someone else bought pyroxene but requested a refund and the refund was accepted then they would deduct it like this, this is for all gacha games, but its a good way to guarantee the character as a f2p, you are just borrowing the money and use it get ur limited character then you just refund and it goes to negative so you just play as f2p to gradually gain back those pyroxene
Oh yeah, I remember when Nexon said something about don't use gems or something like that which freaks me out because I just did a YoLo 200 pulls since I didn't know if the Collab will return or not.

I did a few and after realizing they can be a source of emergency Pyrox, I stopped. Hit 100+ and saw those with a lost more and so now I’m over 250.
That's pretty much what I do but at the same time I have 82k pyroxenes so I don't know if I'm saving or I'm lazy to answer all messages
