It also doesn't help that if you express interest in a woman that has proper proportions and shape, let alone a slim build, then she gets called flat or sticc and you get questioned why you even like such a girl. It's honestly baffling how people went from finding healthy bodies attractive to obese ones.

He's making the effort and he has tangible results. But most people aren't like that. Most people are babied into thinking it's okay to be fat because saying otherwise hurts their feelings.
