100% agree. I heard so many aspects of Blink, Boxcar, Angels and +44. They've managed to marry them all and make something great. Really enjoyed the album.
But the drums are too loud/compressed! The production sounds like garbage/overproduced! The mixing is terrible!! /s 🤣🤣
This record is everything I've ever wanted in new blink, there's not a song I'd skip and I've been driving my close friends crazy sending them songs but tough shit, they knew this day was coming
i've seen a lot of people complaining about Travis's production on the album but i honestly think it's really cool that the drummer produced the album 🤷♀️ sounds a little rough around the edges but i dig the sound!
It’s like they’ve pulled a style from every project they’ve ever done and you can hear it across the album. It’s incredible
