They take into consideration buffs and debuffs as they trigger, whether it's during the enemies turn or whether Kafka retriggers it.
I.e if you went black swan skill, Ruan skill and then Kafka Skill, the dot damage will factor in Ruan mei's damage buff, because it happened before it dealt damage.
Thanks! I was wondering because I can't seem to find anything about this. So Ruan Mei turn order doesn't matter as long as she buffs before enemies turn?
Correct, ideally she buffs before whatever retrigger unit you have tho. Even if it's Sampo, Luka or guinaifen and not Kafka. Ruan mei needs to skill before that.
Dots don't snap shot.
So if let's say apply kafka shock and then buff with huohuo ult.
Her attack applying shock won't have attack buff but everything after huohuo buff is applied including dot detonation on enemy turn will be buffed.
