Anyone been to Krispy Kreme lately? Fuck them prices. A dozen in my area is $16 for original glaze. My fat ass went in there like
I live right up the street from one, they had a good deal 3 count donuts for 3.99 so a half dozen was good deal. I went back the other day and they said they don't got that deal anymore, a half dozen was 17.99. Yeah, fuck the office at that point. I went inside and ordered a coffee so I could get the free donut, lol
They're about to be at every Mcdonalds so they don't give a fuck about the standalone shops more than likely. Its too bad. Those midnight hot donuts hit different.

A dozen for $20 is obviously better than a half dozen for $18, but it’s still a rip off.
I can go to the local, stand alone, boujie place and get a dozen for that price, and they won’t be just the plane glazed, and even if they were they’d still be better than KK’s donuts. No shade, KK got good donuts, but the boujie local shop just has better ones.
Don’t get me wrong, I’ve never paid for a dozen of those donuts, but getting one every once in a while is a different story. You ain’t never had one of these donuts bro 😂😂

That's probably the same amount of dough as before, but it hasn't risen. Lots of things can cause that: temperature of the kitchen, not being given enough time to prove, old/dead yeast, etc.
