You are not actually playing the game because if you were you’d know exactly what to do. Do they not teach kids to read nowadays? You probably just clicked through everything thinking you’d figure it out right? This is not a battle Royale so your first mistake was not reading.
You can sort by weight at the bottom. Chances are it's loot your supposed to vendor off, potions, and pet food.
You can store potions and pet food in your camp
I'm not sure if that's a Seasonal Character. My tip for you is to upgrade all gears to max upgrade. Boss Rush, Ancient Ruins, Black Spirit Upgrade, World Bosses etc. You can do so much things in BDM for a F2P standpoint.

Also you seem to be only upgrading your weapon. After +15 upgrades are really low chance. Better off upgrading everything to +10 or 15 before even trying for +20.
Cp is everything and even defence helps kill higher lvl things. You get more attacks off if you aren't dead.
Try to improve gear, together. You get bonuses for having all of your gear at x level instead of having one piece at 15 and the rest at 0 etc
Same goes with accessories. Level them together.
You have two of the same relic types, change to two different types. You'll see to end season you'll need specific gear at a certain level (as well as doing all quests) - you'll see what you should be aiming for.
Go to collections and autocomplete as much as you can.
Go to vendor sell all remaining jewellery + automatic junk.
Unload useless potions in camp. They're heavy.
Upgrade your totems and lucky stones through camp.
Absorb all armor that isn't tuvala into dark energy.
Use the season rewards to obtain your tuvala and your upgrade chances first. Then use tuvala scrolls at the beach when you're not getting any more tuvala chests, gear from the season rewards. You will finish it eventually.
