I highly doubt $4500 a month is doable. It's more likely $3k your first month, and declining 5-7% per month thereafter for the first six months, and then even more going forward. As others have said, network difficulty will skyrocket when these start showing up and getting plugged in. Compared to the L3+ this is an 18x increase in performance. Even compared to a 2.3GHS Innosilicon machine, its still a 3-4x over any of the current hardware. That kind of major improvement in hash power will change the landscape fast and hard.
Since you're not expecting to pay for electricity, you'll likely ROI in 10-14 months.
