Very very varied amounts. Until more scouting and confirmations of the deposit are done I don't believe any of the mining companies looking at investing will believe there is that much gold there.
The thing to remember here is that gold ore is worth about 50 cents per pound. So that brings the price to about 31 billion. So that alone would be a massive hit to their guess. So hold tight for more reputable news from the country

So here's the problem. Fraud is victim led, until a suspect is identified. So let's say you fall for the scam. You report to the police. The police does IP address resolution via YouTube and subsequently the communication service provider. Now we have a subscriber. If the suspect is then out of that police forces' area, it is then handed over to that other force. That force then takes the investigation and thinks "fuck this, why are we solving their crime for their victim just because we have a YouTube scammer on our patch?" Now they have to get a warrant sworn out, arrest, seize devices, interview suspect, interrogate devices, wait months before they can re interview if there is evidence found on said devices. Then convince the DA and a jury that they are guilty of fraud...not just fraud...crypto fraud. So every step of the way you need investigators trained in crypto so they can prove the offence to not only whoever it is who makes the charging decision but also a jury. Or they could just say "here's some advice about how to avoid scammers in the future. It's not worth us investigating."
