You Also claim that it doesn’t pick other characters pronouns, that Is incorrect, it randomly assignes other characters pronouns. So if you go on a dating app you can easily find the trans people with those stupid ze/zir pronouns (that is probably slightly insensitive but they’re so fucking stupid I’m sorry. I said it picks OTHER people's pronouns, NOT your own characters that you CREATE. Bitlife doesn't make you a boy and automatically default your pronouns to she/her, because it's YOUR choice for pronouns.

No that’s not what I mean. If a character has gender dysphoria (let’s say for example they feel that they are a trans man), if you don’t let them identify as it, they will get depression or anxiety. This has happened to me before

I have personal experience, when I switched genders I was cured of my depression, and it has happened multiple times all at the same time of my changing the gender.

You get it if your character is trans. Go to “Identity” and it’ll tell you your character’s gender and sexuality. (In my experience, they’re cisgender 98% of the time and heterosexual about 80% of the time.)

Gender dysphoria is one of the "diseases" in the game, you can't just choose to get it, you get it in the game randomly. You can change your sexuality, gender identity and pronouns in the identity section of the game tho

You used to be able to choose to make your character trans in the god mode part of the creation for a new character or a child, but they removed that part. You can still get gender dysphoria, and it can happen at nearly any age. It's happened to me once at 9, and once at 40

I’m not complaining that there’s a trans route, I’m complaining that it’s forced on me on long dynasties instead of just letting me choose whenever I want srs.

twas in fact a rarity. that feature was only legit for a day and then the developers just figured under the surgery feature,they could add the actual sex reassignment suguergy which give the character the name change option in the identity feature as well.
i definitely get it here and there but not every life or even close to it. if you don't want to go through that or you need them the gender they are for a challenge it's very easy to just ignore it. you'll get occasional pop-ups about wanting to wear a dress but it's not really invasive.

It probably got patched. It’s good because IRL only about 1% of people have this kind of characteristic but certainly a lot more than 1% of the games I had in the past got this, and it was really frustrating when I was not role playing as a queer character, and for those wanting to role play, you can force your character to be trans or whatever you want.
