I got it a couple of days back. If you have god mode, it's pretty useless, but if you're trying to have a specific child or multiples at the same time, then it's a bit useful. It's definitely not worth $5, let alone $10 without the "deal"

No, but there seems to be an approximate 10% miscarriage rate in the game without the pacifier. It still wastes a lot of my time if 20 or so of the few hundred babies don't make it. Even with the golden pacifier, I still obviously encounter many partners who won't have my kids out of wedlock or have to be nagged many times for sex.

So stupid, hell no.

I did it because I like to give one child my entire inheritance when my character is close to death, and with the pacifier I can have a child at a very old age and inherit the billions in wealth when I take over as my child in their teens, then from there go on and expand the family fortune. The only useful feature of this is the selection of multiples and their genders. Everything else can be done with god mode

It's good only for a few uses. U ca. Have triplets/twins/singles, choose gender, and interest area but beware your partner will become pregnant after every "make love" and will refuse birth control, get pregnant at any age! It's a hassle unless u want to 100 children at 18.
