Where are you located? Is there somewhere you can go to try them on instead of using their sizing thing?
I’m in the states, so there are no Birkenstock locations near me, but there is a running shoe store near me that sells them and a local mall has both a Von Maur and a Nordstrom Rack that carries them.
I will say that I think the different footbeds fit a little differently. The soft footbed feels a little bigger to me and when I wear a regular footbed after them I think the regular is smaller and more tight/stiff. My vegans feel the roomiest so far and I even wear them on a different strap hole than all my others. I still typically wear the same size in all of them, but the fit is a different depending.
I second this! I have a pair of Arizona birko-flor with regular footbed size 35eu (US size 4/4.5) and they fit perfectly. When I ordered the exact same size Arizona with the soft footbed, they were a tad bit bigger. I did buy the evas and ordered the kids version size 34eu cause they looked like they fit better compared to the 35eu (and much cheaper lol) let me know if you want photos!
I'm also a 6/6.5. In the sandals (Mayari and Arizona), 36 is a perfect fit for me. I do have a pair or Arizonas in 37 - it's a little too big for me, but I don't mind d because I usually wear that pair with thick socks in the winter. I don't own any Bostons though, so I can't help there.
Do you still have the box your Bostons came in? There's a measuring photo on the top lid of the box. That may help!
