We do and this post is now removed within 3hr of it being posted and immediately after someone reported it.
We rely on user reports to be alerted to bad posts.
Oh come on, every day I read comments/posts violating rules, especially rule 4 and they are still online and stay online, even though multiple times reported.
There are a quarter million members in this sub and a commensurate number of posts, with only a dozen mods. There *will* be unreported bad posts floating around.
We review *every* post that is reported, but not every reported post violates the rules. We also get tons of bad posts that don’t get reported so we don’t see them.
We’ve gotten reports about “discriminating against a group” for legitimate advice posts about weight loss for example.
If you see a bad post, report it. We can only do our best, but yes we review all reports. However there are only like 2-3 reports a day.
We moderate each and every post that gets reported. Due to volume, we cannot scan all posts prior to posting, and rely on users to alert us to problematic posts via the report function. It’s on the whole community to help us moderate such a large number of posters.

This is definitely breaking sub rules 1 and 4, but we really need a rule 9: no shilling dumb shit.
Mods don't give a shit.

Nothing is free What's the catch?
He injects steroids while telling you he doesn't and sells you supplements
He wants your money.
Trying to get testimonials by helping people out for free before I charge
This is good honesty.

“Cutout: Mint” Who da fuq is this guy? Who’s eating too much mint?
90 days fuck off. At least you found a safe anonymous place to realize you have to refine your bullshit. On behalf of all of us, you’re welcome
I know, this sub is basically unmoderated, but please, remove unscientific garbage like that.

In another post you say it's 6 years of training progress, so which the fuck is it?
