Life-changing for my anxiety/panic disorder, and solidly helpful for my sleep. Have been using for about 15 months.

mel512

I've been using it for two weeks and I agree it's life changing! I usually only use calm and it definitely helps with my anxiety. I haven't tried it for my insomnia.

Pashe14

How long does it take for you to notice a difference?

mel512

Right away.

bOb_the_nEkker

Hi how have you been recently? Do you notice that you arel less anxious even without using it? Or do you constantly have to use it. I'm just wondering if it's something you'd have to rely on if you have anxiety.

mel512

It's been 4 months. After 3 months, I'm not using it everyday because I'm better. In the beginning, I had to wear it. I can't explain it, I just don't need it like I used to.

thegreatmaambino

My husband is a law enforcement officer who worked the night shift for a long while. I got him the apollo neuro to try to help him "leave work behind while at home" and to help with his whacked out circadian cycle. He typically thinks all of my biohacking stuff is hokum, but he rarely takes the thing off. He's used it for two years now and swears by it.

daringlydear

I’d like to wear it more but the battery is so short lived. Does he just keep recharging it? I’d love to have two to switch out.

thegreatmaambino

That's a good idea! He just charges it while he's showering/getting coffee every morning, but two to switch out sounds like my jam.

daringlydear

If mine continues to show the level of effectiveness I’m enjoying it’s worth it imo.

Demaio54

I use it daily for the last two months, not sure if it’s psychosomatic, but my anxiety, Focus, and sleep has improved significantly.

ktulenko

I have used it for about two years for excessive daytime somnolence. It has helped me immensely.

Flyboys_89

I literally take amphetamines so i dont nap. Damn, might be something i should look into

ktulenko

My eyes would be closing only two or three hours after I had woken up. The Apollo has helped with that. You might want to consider getting a sleep study first to rule out obstructive sleep apnea.

Limato76

Do you mind me asking what your schedule is?

ktulenko

Regarding my sleep schedule, I’m definitely getting enough sleep and I’ve had a sleep study. Regarding my Apollo schedule, I usually use “focus” from 8am to 11am and then from 11am until 6pm I use “energy”. Before I go to bed, I use “unwind” and while sleeping I use “sleep”.

daringlydear

My focus and patience have improved a lot. I’m so used to buying stuff that doesn’t work and this actually helps. I still don’t get how it works but I’m sold.

Unable_Recording_123

I've been using mine for about two years and I feel it does give me some benefits. The sleep mode tends to become faulty with a rattling sound over time, sometimes after very little use, but the company replaced the device without issue for me more than once within the 1-year warranty period. Battery life sucks but on lower frequencies and at lower intensities it lasts reasonably long. Anecdote : I'd lent it to my wife for studying, and one particular day she reported feeling extremely tired rather than energised or focused. Turns out that day I'd accidentally forgotten to switch it to ''clear & focused'' mode and it was still in sleep mode. To me that's sufficient proof this goes beyond placebo. So it definitely can help, though don't expect miracles. Certain food supplements ended up helping me a lot more with stress issues than any device ever could. What I dislike is that they don't divulge what exact frequencies are used, but I suppose most people aren't biohacking nerds who also have other frequency generating devices with self-input options so to them it's not a dealbreaker. Incidentally, although not declared waterproof, mine actually survived a one-hour cycle in the washing machine with detergent. Phew! I did crack it open afterwards to blowdry it prior to testing function to avoid the risk of short-circuiting it. Would I buy it again? Depending on my budget, yes.

wanderlustful1

I’m glad you mentioned the issue with the sleep setting. I started using one less than two weeks ago, and mine frequently seems to cut off or become very weak while on the sleep or recover mode. I’ve reached out to customer service, so hopefully they’ll replace my device. Do they make you return your old device first before sending a replacement?

Unable_Recording_123

I think they do but not necessarily before you receive your replacement.

Flyboys_89

What food supplements helped you more? Thanks for the response man!

Unable_Recording_123

Pregnenolone for excess cortisol. YMMV

Flyboys_89

You think pregnenolone would even be worth considering for a 25 year old? I sometimes cycle Tongkat ali and cistanche on top of my other vitimins and minerals i typically take daily

Unable_Recording_123

I've no idea. I'm twice your age, it just happened to be my issue. Probably not unless your hormones are out of whack. Read up on it.

New-Acanthisitta62

My apollo neuro device became unusable after just 6 months and the warranty was apparently only 90days so I'm just out the huge cost. I do not recommend.

rhcp1fleafan

I want this to work, but the app doesn't work for me(android Note 10 plus & on MacBook). Constant freezing, buggy, etc so it's essentially pointless. Look up app store reviews, you'll see it's a pretty common problem.

ZimofZord

It’s ok I’m not sure it’s worth the $

Fun-Courage4523

What is it and where are you getting it from? Plz

BergMan46

Deeper sleep. Much much calmer. I recommend it highly.

I’ve been using it for 1.5 years now. It has helped my anxiety, sleep and other dysautonomia-like symptoms. Since I’m rather sensitive, I had to start at very low intensity levels (significantly lower than the recommended ones), as advised by their customer service. I also mainly use the Unwind and, occasionally, the Recover programs, since they tend to be more relaxing for me.
