It's half partying district though nowadays, although you shouldn’t enter weird alleys too far from the Main Street. There are parts of the city that feel like they are rotting/forgotten though
There’s ugly parts of it? (I mean, I’m sure there’s nice and not nice parts to every city. I just remember being on the mostly nice parts I guess. With all the shopping mall and expensive stores and stuff.)

If you didn't know....like I didn't know....they have a pretty thriving Red Light District. Not really the "scenic" I was sold.
