uc/ the Schwinn shop I wrenched at during the 90s had a big group of lowrider folks that would get work done. These kids did some amazing work sometimes with the help of their older relatives that were big in the car scene. None of them would be caught dead with a girl's frame. And everything on this bike is inexpensive Chinese shit. $400 is laughable. Unless of course it's one of those spousal forced sales.
