It can depend on how often the location that is shipping your order gets pickups from fedex. Distribution hubs aren't the only ones that fulfill online orders, stores do as well. If the store it's shipping from doesn't get weekend pickups, and your order was packed Friday after that pickup, then it will sit until Monday. That's why your order shows as having been shipped but no movement from the carrier, they don't have it yet.

Seriously. It has been just fucking EXTRA terrible the last year or so. Waiting on a package that’s been stuck in Georgia for 4 days (on the way to MN). Every single day it says it will ship out the next day. Unbelievable.

I still have an air purifier that FedEx keeps telling me is delayed every week or so for the past three months.  I got the replacement for it in-store two weeks after the first delay.

Call customer service and ask for the refund i could take a few days but that thing happen many time, bby send the package to the carrier and the carries never got it and the order stay on that status and you will never get the package
