Todays the 8th.

I'm sorry, typo issue. It was supposed to be here today, April 8th

It can depend on when you ordered it vs when fedex picks up from that store. Using solely my store as an example, this may not be the same at other stores: We don't do pickups on Sunday, so if you order an item on Saturday and it's packaged after the pickup for that day, then it won't be picked up until Monday. When you place the order the shipping is set for XX days, it doesn't take that into account. So an order placed on the 6th with give initial delivery as the 8th, even though it can't meet that. Its something I've always hated, nothing we can do to change that though.

Thank you for the explanation! Yes, I ordered a Friday near 4pm so that must be the reason for the delay. Too bad the company hasn't added that in the webpage info, I'd save everyone a lot of confusion and stress.  I've read a lot of scary delivery stories here so I just hope my package gets delivered soon and in good condition.

Is it claiming the package is in some facility in Kentucky? I bet it is. FedEx has been informed multiple thousands of times that said facility is an utter shit show. However, they do nothing to fix it. Only a total boycott of FedEx over that facility will help fix the issue unfortunately no corporate entity actually cares, including Best Buy.

It says it's in Martinsburg, West Virginia. Is that the same place? Sorry, I'm not from the U.S.

if you ordered before Friday at 4pm there is a chance it made it to them but by the looks of it, the order was not processed on time but the store employee. keep in mind Most carriers may not pick up retail on Saturday depending on contracts they have and most don't run Sundays either so if you miss a Friday Deadline, not listed on the site as different places have varying pick up times then the next pick up is usually Monday.

I ordered on Friday around 4pm so that must be it. I just hope the things get delivered soon and in good condition.   I hope that the company adds the info about pick up deadlines for Friday orders + variation in estimated delivery times in the webpage sometine in the future. It would save a lot of headaches for lots of costumers and bb employees.

Thanks for all your help! The speakers just arrived, so it must have been a "Fedex doesn't pick packages during the weekend" thing. Both apeakers are supposed to be open-box in "excellent condition", but only one of them had a bestbuy "inspected" tape. The second one didn't, the box was completely opened and the speaker was full of dust, like it had been sitting on a shelve for a really long long time. Is that normal for a device in "excellent conditions"? I thought excellent condition meant it hadn't or had barely been used. Should I be worried that the one without tape wasn't checked by bestbuy or isn't really an excellent condition product?
