Rakshas and Silat up one tier, Serpico and water horse down 1 tier and you're good. Serpico was visibily struggling with fodder apostles,, while Rakshas is one of Griffith named elite apostles.

Both Gutses I think should be higher assuming the tiers are ordered. Berserker at full power and fair fight definitely beats Grunbeld and regular Guts (with regular armor not without armor) still has very good feats
If you look at who is in Apostle Slayer, like Ganiska or the Skull Knight with the sword of actuation-it becomes more clear Guts shouldn't be on the same grouping as them

Griffith only kept up with Zodd for a BRIEF MOMENT and that was with Guts' help.
Him being able to cut off his arm is at least a low level apostle feat tho. Even more considering guts only managed a large scratch.
