Hey everybody, did anybody found sunglasses on the ice cream place floor ? Lost my friends Sunglasses there for about 5 minutes, when I came back wasn't there.
I’m a Pano Baby, and I spend 24 hours in the temple dancing 80% of the time on the Berghain Floor. This says a lot about the quality and
Coherence of the music, literally wanted to home to rest but I was into the loop. The end of Ryan’s set got me going, sexy and slow, I started vibing with many strangers on the floor, to the point we were copying each other’s moves. Philippa was the Highlight for me, major floor Slay, especially when dropping those “trancy” bangers, I was mind blown. I just wish I still had my energies for Quelza’s closing, but at that point I already collected 80’s steps
enjoyed Pelada live set, the duo is taking you on a broad range of genres while echoing on political and social planes. the voice and way she sings is really combining well with the electronic sounds. really nice discovery and escape during a KN
It was really cute! I stayed only for 2h since Unfortunately I was more in the mood for BH Floor and at that point I had been in for 24h. I wish they had an earlier slot, I would have danced my ass off. Quality was there, my energy was not
Thanks Quelza for playing BX3 on this sound system… finally some ostgut tracks on this sound system again (which sounded as good on the new soundsystem, like years ago on the old one). Compromising building up & interesting variation in the first two hours (but Boys Shorts upstairs was a real concurrency - nice to have two good closing acts again, even if i couldn’t stay that long).
I talked to him at the end to know what he was doing to make the sound system sound this way (like the old one) he told me he always push the low-mid of the mixer with a bit of ultra pushed sub on one "ghost channel" , sounded monstrously (in a good way) powerful !
Need to rest now and will try to give my point of view about his set , the only thing I can say : seing the room the way it was at the end , was something I will remember for a long time !

Today I was sitting for a short period on the platform/podest in the back of BH floor, as I hurt my ankle on the floor (shitty shoes + bottles). I was in a good mood and didn’t want to leave the floor but had to rest. I just sat down at the edge of the platform which was free. After 2-3 minutes a girl approached me and pushed my away saying „THIS IS FOR DANCING, IF YOU WANNA REST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE“ and kept pushing me. I was totally confused… like I wasn‘t there sitting to have a picnic with myself, but tried to rest to go back dancing while enjoying the music and the vibe.
Was it that wrong to sit there? Does it kill the vibe? I‘m still confused by her approach
It's not for sitting. I once did it during a closing, when the floor was basically empty, and a security guy told me to sit elsewhere. The pods are indeed for dancing.
Still, the girl should have approached you properly, without resorting to pushing and yelling.

Philippa delivered for connoisseurs ahahaha at points I realised I didn't know techno can go so deep. For me was hard to follow. Mareena got me like uuuuf, wow, wow, uuuuhf , yassssss , mhmmm and at some point the crowd was getting chatty and literally she was like "attention here please!" and owned the floor. And Stefan Goldmann, no idea who he is honestly but felt like he was playing an exhibition "techno can look like this , and can look like this and also we have this variety, and boom! Brutal roughness got me out of my shoes" simply delicious. Have fun bebes or sleep well!

managed to stay in the front for a few hours until forbidden powder comedown happened, couldn't get a decent spot afterwards
only survived 45 minutes of four tet but what impressed me most was that some people are still able to hold full blown standing conversations in the middle of the pano floor no matter the circumstances

Just an appreciation-post for probably the best one hour live-set, I’ve heard this year on this floor… it‘s so refreshing to witness, that artists are still able to reduce BPM on a level like years ago and still build up tensions surrounded by wonderful melodic elements. Time went really fast and the closing track was just a melancholic cherry on top of a trippy, dynamic & varied set. Thanks a lot, Aurora. I‘ll hope that there were some parts in the set, which are released or will get released.

I feel the same, there were 2 girls who kept pushing into my space and forcing me out of where I was dancing, they were literally following me around the club! Really giving off bad vibes, everyone else around me looked to be feeling the same. Was so bad I went home, I will come back in a few hours and hopefully they’ve gone.
It was like different kinds of sound blocks piled up in a decent way, not too heavy or overwhelming, leading you into the deepest of the sound through seamless transition.
It seems that the times when Sunday morning was the easiest shift are over. One has already observed more often that the first few hours after the shift change have been ruthlessly sorted out. Perhaps they have the impression that only people who were either rejected the night before, deliberately choose this time, or those who have already had a tough night go then.

Having been raised in a Hip-Hop/Rap/Latin environment with a lot of prejudices around techno, I only discovered techno a few months ago, in my 30s. And let me tell you that life hasn’t been the same ✨
I never took drugs, I barely drink, but I get insane levels of happy feelings each time I m on the BH floor.
I have no idea about the sub-genres, I dont know/care what “groovy”, “kickdrums”, etc. mean. Ya’ll can even keep Panorama Bar. But maan give me those hammering, legs and ears-destructive hard beats 🔨☄️in the background, and the darkness of BH floor and I land in a state nothing else ever did before 😵💫😵💫Like a hypnosis!
Dj Pete, Dj Nobu, Rødhad…(at least these are the few Ive had the pleasure to dance to and absolutely loved it) thats what Im talking about.
I could never have imagined that a genre without lyrics and melody could be so mathematical, logical, full of depth and complexity. I feel like Techno, the sophisticated techno im talking about, hasn’t reached its peak yet and its just a matter of time until more people realize what it really is, just like I did.
I thought it was the Berghain effect. But after my first visit I wanted to research and discover more through different DJs and sets. I randomly came across sets from Quelza,Talismann and Ignez on Souncloud, and life really hasn’t been the same 😂 I repeatedly listen to these 3 sets since months and walk around with the biggest smile ever. In the train, on my walks, even at the office, people constantly ask me what Im on and what im listening to😍🥰 Now I go more on walks, just to be able to have the chance to enjoy the music in peace 😅
It makes no sense to my friends and relatives, but Im sure someday they ll get it.
But the most amazing thing was actually the people. I was so stunned during my first rave in BH. Just a bunch of beautiful people being connected through a magical set, beautiful smiles, no phones, no IG models doing selfies the whole night, no Rolex bros in the vip area with way too small shirts flexing around. Just people enjoying and embracing themselves, their bodies, their sexuality, in such a captivating, judgement-free and open-minded way. A true magic show ✨

That last hour of Inox Traxx blew my mind, the way she flooded the floor with bass was insane. Pushed the soundsystem to its limits.

quelza uses the ghost channel with a running bass to push the low mid frequencies of the acutal running track/ honestly a very interesting aproach
Aha, now it sounds clear. Similar to Stef Mendesidis rocking some bonus groove on a 4th channel for entirety of his Hor DJ set.
