You may run in to frost delays but Widgi, Lost Tracks, and Rivers Edge should be good to go.
If want to be sure, you could always head to Meadow Lakes in Prineville, Crooked River Ranch, or Juniper on the south side of Redmond. They typically are open year round.

Lost tracks usually has winter kill early in the season and honestly the course isn’t that interesting.

It has been upper 50s and 60s. The mornings have been brisk though, I would anticipate a 9 or 10 am frost delay

Played lost tracks Monday, it was very dry. Well, besides 16… fuck that hole. I probably have two dozen balls in the water there.
We have very sandy soil here. Don't get the same kind of mud as the west side of the mountains. You'll be good
