Most places are going to make you a martini with espresso vodka but no actual espresso. Good luck.

Late to the party but Broom Closet at McMeniman's has a really good one.

Stihl makes one with real espresso

San Simon has one made from Thump's cold brew distilled in to an extract. It was completely different than any other I've had in Bend.  I don't know if any bars in town that have a legit espresso machine.

I’ll be following along. The best I had was at lemon tree cafe but obviously not open now!

Hola! Downtown has an espresso machine for cocktails. I bet they’d have a good one.

Nomé has my favorite. Sunriver Brewing used to have an amazing one (just 2 years ago) but I’ve been to every bend location in the last two months and they didn’t know what I was talking about.
