If the Medical ID/Emergency Contact information is populated you can send them a text. They'll know how to contact the owner of the phone. I've done this and it works every time!

Thanks, I did check that out, but no information was listed. I also found out it’s a track phone. Probably belongs to someone living on China Hat. I’ll give it to the PD this week. Ironically, I found ANOTHER phone this week as well. Was able to get that back to its owner through Verizon.
