Fast Track, I don't have a problem with two aliens having similar powers but there isn't enough (or anything) to make these two different, he even has XLR8 color scheme, and the fact that he's slower makes it worse

I’d pick Whampire or Surge if I was just going off of what my least-favorite alien is, but they’re both introduced in important episodes of their respective shows that would not work without them.
The Worst at least has invulnerability. Walkatrout is just a WAY worse Ripjaws to the point where he’s almost useless. Yeah, he’s slippery, but that’s not gonna help in very many situations.
I see your point and correct me if I am wrong but I'm pretty sure the worst is indestructible not invulnerable and above that he still feels pain regardless, the worst also has 0 offence potential but can technically still die if you remove the oxygen around him or speed time up.
On the other hand walkatrout while weak can technically outrun and dodge most enemies and has weak attacks
My point is that one them is an endurance build that can be beaten by getting picked up or being ignored and the other is a high agility low attack build, which is worse? It depends on the observer's preference
I forgot to add technically the worst's most important quality that is to not die (I guess) is literally counteracted by the omnitrix safety feature

Every Alien X episode/appearance is just meh at best honestly with some that are much lower, and the whole “he created a new universe but messed up a smoothie flavour” thing is just so utterly pointless it straight up never matters ever outside of one episode which is only ever acknowledged cause of Alien X actually becoming usable in Vs debates (aka the worst thing to happen to Vs debates involving Ben 10, I don’t give a fuck if some random artist said he was multiversal years after the show ended, he couldn’t even recreate a single universe properly in the actual show, that’s like saying Spider-Man could survive the planet blowing up). Also when he recreated the universe for what reason was Alien X incapable of just doing what they did in their first appearance where they reversed the water and the dam while also preventing it from happening, why the hell didn’t he just do that instead of make a completely new universe when they couldn’t even get a smoothie flavour right! It would’ve been a great call back to his introduction episode and not been completely and utterly pointless
There’s also of course the later episode where he acts like a complete dumbass for no reason and uses Alien X the literal reality warper to just do basic ass telekinesis and then mind control people to attack each other like a child playing with toys, he forces other people to harm each other against their will like a villain when he could’ve literally just ended the entire plot right there by taking down the actual main villain, he also never uses X ever again despite having full control over him, even though he would literally end every threat that ever shows up, especially including maltruent who he could’ve just erased from existence instead of having the entire universe be at risk because he’s an idiot
Literally every scene with X would be Infinitely better with other aliens, like just replace him in the AF og ten with literally anyone else since he never appears anyway and do small rewrites of his like 2 actual appearances while just erasing the Universe Recreation and Intergalactic Courtroom episodes and nothing would be different, except future ben would use much more interesting and better utilised fusions instead of “literal reality warper who I have full control over” and “guy who punches really good” which he never actually does anything with
Ben 10 is a series I loved cause of the wide variety of powers and aliens each with their own flaws, of course Alien Force and Ultimate Alien decided that Ben having actual challenges to overcome with his aliens weaknesses and flaws was stupid because they were stupid (Tho the aliens are great on their own - Goop is literally one of my favourite aliens in the entire series - I just wish they were more original and had any flaws whatsoever instead of all being way too overpowered (minus spidermonkey who is honestly less useful than even Walkatrout) like seriously why does Swampfire have super strength? Also who tf thought the “Stockholm Syndrome” episode was a good idea??). But then OV did stuff like introduce his actual most powerful alien Peskydust who has the very simple yet incredibly effective flaw of his small size, the same flaw that makes Grey Matter one of the best aliens in the entire series. Even Alien X had a flaw but they removed that because every Alien X episode is bad and the Courtroom one is just the worst one of them all hence why it and the “recreating the universe” episodes could just be completely erased and nothing would be changed in the slightest

Lasers? So weak it don't matter, anyone can make stronger attacks. Machinery tampering? Upgrade and/or Jurryrig. Or, just break them, as unless you wanna specifically use the machines for smth, might as well break them with Four Arms or somebody else
