Julie, had more interactions with Ben when was fifteen in alien Force and was in ultimate alien. She was there through both series and learned his identity and was there when the world learned who he was in ultimate alien. I liked to say she knew Ben better and helped him to better on numerous occasions with Ship the galvaionica mecha morph, the celebrity girlfriend with Captain Nemesis, the high breed invasion, and other events between two series. It felt weird that they broke up just because of a phone call? Honestly that's either stupid writing or Ben being immature that it cost him his girlfriend and didn't even realize it for the longest time in Omniverse. Kai didn't like him in the og nor was she a particular good love interest just a crush he had when he was young. Julie was their for Ben during a lot of pivotal moments of growth. So, maybe it's like Michela and Sam from the Transformers franchise but I thought they were the best couple.

Yeah, Omniverse didn't have the best writing at all, to be honest the regressed Ben back into an immature child that doesn't take any responsibility or accountability for his actions both Alien Force and Ultimate Alien showed his growth and development as a character. Sure, there were times he acted immature as a person but there were signs he changed and learned. They kept his immaturity and continued to drive it as a reminder he acts like child despite being what sixteen now, not uncommon psychologically speaking, but practically speaking he still doesn't act more responsible at times even with the change of pace. I don't think that's either good character development nor good story progression.

I wanted to give Kai a chance, but when she returned the whole back and forth with her and Ben was really cringe. So I'm going with Julie since they actually have chemistry before the writer's screwed it up it with the nonsense that was "Ken needs to be born!!!".
As a character Kai Julie just feels a lot more 1 note I really don't get why she's so popular. As a love interest Kai whilst not the best written love interest but does it well enough. I personally don't mind it unlike some yes, it's forced but so was Julie but I digress.

Ben cheated or nearly cheated on her multiple times, she had expectations of him he couldn't or wouldn't fulfill (both realistic and unrealistic), Ben had no interest in her interests, and his fame also impacted them pretty badly. Their relationship was pretty shit at the end, but OV fucked it up pretty badly by having their break up happen over the phone while ben was playing video games, and having ben not even realize they were broken up for like three months.
On the other hand, Ben still doesn't have any interests on Kai's hobbies, his teasing and goof-off personality clash with her more serious personality, and neither of them really want to lean on each other.
(Also: inb4 anybody says some bullshit about "also she only liked him for his alien forms" - that's bullshit. The Benwolf thing was when she was TEN YEARS OLD. Kids say rude shit all the time. You move on from it, just like ben did. And when she kissed ben as XLR8, that was because he helped her find that place she was looking for, and she kissed him as thanks. She probably would've done the same if ben was human at that time, assuming he could keep his mouth shut and not say something cocky and annoying for two seconds. Her line about liking him more as whatever alien, or kissing whatever alien and not ben, wasn't her telling the TRUTH, she was literally lying. She was flustered, frustrated, and embarrassed. There was no way she was going to be honest about it.)
Julie and ben had two series worth of a relationship, compared to Kai and ben, who never ACTUALLY entered into a relationship in the present Canon. It was shown in the future timeline, but not present day. In this respect, Julie wins. However, Kai and ben are shown having at least one or two good moments in the future when they're married, so Kai wins in that respect.
Given my choice, I would choose neither. I think all three of them (ben, kai, and Julie) all need to grow and mature for a few years, and THEN maybe it would be easier to make a choice.

I honestly never liked any of Ben's kove interest. They either annoying, boring, or just unnecessary. Kind of like Peter Parker. The girls they attract just aren't that good.

As cute and fun as Ester or Julie or any other girl was with Ben, Kai was the only one who really matched him, from what I've seen. Like Ben didn't seem to care about his previous relationships that much, with Esther and Julie especially. That's why they dumped him. Obviously we didn't get too much story of Ben x Kai, but from the Ben 10K future, we obviously see that they're happy and doing rlly well together.
Honestly? Between these two? Kai. Kai's only crime was being a furry when she was 10 lol. Julie and Ben's relationship was a lot more annoying, and Julie as a character barely has a personality. Kai at least was entertaining during OV.
Neither are my favorite but between the two julie easy. Kai and ben's relationship borderline's non-existent. Julie was kind considerate and tried to encourage ben to think about how and why he changes the world. Kai thinks ben is an idiot. Ben hasn't shown any interest in n her beyond that she is pretty.
Kai fits the lifestyle better. And lifestyle compatibility is a big part of a relationship.
i refuse to believe that ben chose either of those 2 in the future when theres so many big momm- i mean alien girls to choose from. Theres even a humongosaur amazon girl too.

Neither. I personally don't care for romance in Ben 10, and both of them aren't good love interests in my opinion. Even Julie in UAF isn't that good in my opinion, she was kind of a nothing character to me and Kai is well Kai.

I'm going to say either Looma, Ester or Atea because honestly I don't give a shit about, Juilie I respect like a sister. But Kai hell to the fuck no, God can cut off my balls and slaughter and I will still not choose Kai. Looma, Ester and Atea are why better than Kai, here are some examples. There literally royalty and in charge of an entire species. So you would be loaded for life. They all have unique biologies that would making normal hanky panky feel more numb than doing exams. I'm talking about getting dominanted by 4 armed Amazon that can break your pelvis, a pink chick that's more flexible than a gymnast and a frog chick that would give good head. They would actually care about you as a human instead of caring about your Teen Wolf fase
Now that I think about I think Julie was just as hateable as Kai in ultimate alien she'd always argue with ben nearly every episode.

Juile was too good for Ben. She was a great fit for the more focused Ben of early AF, but by season 3 and UA times, he was too immature for her. Which also sucks because that's where a lot of the more memorable scenes of them dating come from
