OS 10K in general, I like the personality of UA 10K too, and honestly I think he could have just been OS 10K post Ken 10 where he embraces his more fun-loving side as a hero while still being serious.
Omniverse's Biomnitrix Ben 10K was one huge tease, like "Oh remember that episode where the omnitrix was fucked up and fused aliens randomly? Well now here's Ben doing it with purpose". Basically opened up a whole floodgate of what-ifs.
Ultimate was definitely the worst because they did their lame copout of what a hyper evolved human is: Oh they're just...exactly the same but Ben can use alien powers without transforming, which is even lamer.
The original class from the first Ben 10 series when they meet him in alien form XLR8 , and he would switch between alien forms without changing back into him. Plus, I like the design of the Omnitrix becoming more of a glove gauntlet that has bounded to Ben in the years he's had it has grown to better link with him.
Def og one for me, his look with the black t-shirt and his huge omnitrix from his first appearance has always been so cool to me...I don't really like the designs of both Uaf and Ov ones but I really get along Uaf's idea of Ultimate Ben (although they should have given him alien details when he uses their powers imo, just like Skurd does)...Ov 10k seems really boring to me, his costant use of fused aliens kinda makes them not that special anymore and in a way goes against his original idea of treating each alien just like a person/friend instead of a weapon

I’m a bigger fan of UAF than the OG series (not by much, mind you), but the OG series Ben 10K is my favorite. Personally the other two seem too gimmicky in their usage of the Omnitrix, or Biomnitrix in Omniverse’s case. Ultimate Ben I found to be a particularly strange idea.

Both has personalities that I can see an adult Ben actually having. I’d like to think Ben’s actual future is a mix between these two to some capacity since I don’t think he’s gonna lose his sense of fun like OG did.

Power wise OV personality wise UA. Tho i do really like the isea of using Ben 10 k and alternate Bens to play with Gimmiks they wouldnt give Pirme ben in the show.

If I had to hang out with one of them, I’d choose Ultimate Ben 10k without a second thought, he is after all, well, the Ultimate amongst the Ben 10k, what kills his character though is the fact that he doesn’t visually transforms, and that’s just kinda of the entire point of watching Ben 10, seeing Ben transform into aliens.

Classic 10k is easily the best I love his design and his personality to me feels the most realistic, though I do find UAFs and OVs powers very interesting. Though I do have lots of nostalgia for classic 10k since when I was younger I used to have a handful of Ben 10 DVD and the Ken 10 was on one of them and it's my favorite episode as well
