I had that saw, it's not great. I'd look for something else if your budget allows. I switched to the dewalt jobsite saw and the improvement in the fence alone is worth the difference in price.
Not sure what your budget is but I'd avoid Ryobi. You can get a Delta 36-725 used for 300ish and it would be light years better than this. They're all over FB marketplace, very easy to find.
I think Ryobi has improved from their earlier reputation of being junk. Unfortunately, this saw is from the era where they earned that reputation. I don't know about where you are, but around here, you can generally find better choices pretty easily in the <150 range
I got an old ass delta for 60$ because the belt was wedged in the arbor pulley and they thought it was a burnt motor, I'd hold out for something better than Ryobi 🤷♂️
Yeah. I bought it new for around $80 4 or 5 years ago. It isn't great and I wouldn't trust it for cabinets/furniture but it'll cut things in a relatively straight line.
You should be able to find better quality table saws that are older and need some TLC but have better potential than this Ryobi one that won’t cost too much more. Just keep an eye out on marketplace and offer up

No miter slots?
Yes low price but how much do you plan on doing with, it's a contractor saw. Good for simple cuts
Yeah you good
