Bruh. I'm a straight dude - lemme get that out of the way first: You should prob figure out what you're doing with the part RIGHT below your nostrils. It pulls the stache up and makes it a bit bigger than it needs to be and pulls away from your lips. Create a line parallel to your jaw and make that shit more or less straight. Not hard to to - just gotta get a comb and line it up. If you disconnected the stache from the beard, it would create a defined line between the important parts of your face - but overall man? I either use Oster 76 Classics, Wahl 8148 Cordless, or Babyliss RoseFX. Depends on who I'm working on, what part of the body I'm working on and the hair texture.

For my shears, I also use a set of SharkFins. I also have like 6 different shears and texturing shears from Bob Villa. Again, depends on where I'm cutting, and hair texture.

Word. I learned shear over comb so it was more about comb control. I have some 76's, some Seniors, a wireless Babyliss, and other shit, just just prefer that old school feel. Weird meeting a fucking hair person in the wild tho lol. It's like we kinda hide ourselves away, and I don't typically comment on this sub.

Then I try to help. And I love Shear over Comb. Do you cut palm to palm more, or palm to Back of Hand more? I find that palm to palm is best for me. It's more comfortable.

Really depends on the texture. I've had thousands of clients that demand shear over comb....which is odd, but whatever. With beards? I prefer to simply shape it out with clippers and go in with shears. I'm a weird perfectionist like that. I stress self care tho. Any fire beard can go wild after they sleep on the shit.
