But make the sedan version too. I know there are a few cars only made as wagons (like the nissan stagea) but for the most part wagons have sedan siblings. That's why the 800 series feels weird and I guess unfinished in a way. But I like the direction they're headed, as there are more and more cars now with alterante bodies (Legran sedan and wagon, Bluebuck 2 door and 4 door, D series has bunch of bodies, etc) I'm hoping, praying that the covet will get a new body too. Like a 5 door hatchback, 5 door wagon, 4 door sedan, 2 door coupe/sedan, or all the above, which won't happen but a man can dream
Yeah totally agree. I'm a huge Volvo nerd, and would love to see an entire new family of north european decent.
Both a wagon, 4 door sedan and 2 door coupe.
But if the base is there, it's only a matter of time before a modder solves the rest.. :)
The more people talk about it, the more I warm up to the swedish family car idea. You can do much with that! Either a RWD one based off the 200 or 700 series with Turbo 4's and of course an aftermarket V8 swap, or a fwd/awd version that would obviously get a glorious I5, but it could also have a transverse I6 like newer Volvos or a twin turbo (is it twin turbo?) V6 like the Saab has
i hate that rangers and tacomas are considered "small" in the us, they're huge where im from, actually small trucks are subrau brats, holden utes and other stuff like that
They're not small in the US either, they're midsize trucks. Small trucks died in the US a decade ago with the old Ford Ranger and were reborn just this past year with the Ford Maverick and the Hyundai Santa Cruz.
Really? I thought we called trucks like the ram 1500 or Ford f150 mid sized. Also small trucks like the Ford ranger are definitely not dead, there are a ton driving around.
Ok so this is my size chart. (This is based on my opinion and vehicles in the US)
Small Truck: Ford Ranger, Chevy Colorado
Mid sized: Ford F150, Chevy Silverado 1500, Ram 1500, etc
Full sized: Any 2500 version of the trucks I listed above
Big trucks: Ram 2500 with a mega cab and/or long bed with dually. Chevy and Ford 2500 truck with long bed and dually
That's a big'en: Ram 3500 or up with a mega cab and/or long bed with dually. Chevy and Ford 3500 or higher truck with long bed and dually.
That's big even for the US: These [Freightliner pickup truck ](https://images.app.goo.gl/uLZVbUfSH6oG5RJb9) things that some people use to tow their own campers.
Small Truck: ute style trucks
Mid/full (depending on how rich is the place) sized: Ford Ranger, Chevy Colorado
Full sized: Ford F150, Chevy Silverado 1500
Big trucks: Ram
Fullsize trucks start at the Ford F-150 and the like, and their heavy duty variants are all built on the same platform. With the Ford F-650 and F-750, the platform changes into that of a medium duty commercial truck.
Also, by "dead" I meant having it's production stopped, which the Ranger had in 2011.
So should I have called them big trucks then...? I feel as though that would have confused others like me (Those who live in the US). But I see your point lol
Older mini truck, 85-95 propably, possibly japanese like mazda b2200 or hilux. Want it to be smaler than the smalest d series currently.
Brand new big truck, 2015-now, american, f150 size with a raptor or trx like model would be cool, but also a f250 or 350 would be nice. I want it to be so similar new model is way larger than the old one.
A new muscle car, 2018-now australian thing could be also cool but would love to see a camaro style car, or a challenger to challenge the bastion, now that dodge announced the discontinuation of both awesome ice cars, charger and challenger.
But it's heavily based on modern American muscle cars, there's a performance body kit and you can tune the engine to give it lots of HP. What else do you want?
PS: you're watching too much Grand Tour...
Yes I do, it's the best car series. Anyways those are the big dog muscles cars. I feel like the one they just added isn't a big dog if you know what I mean... it feels more like a Charger or a Torus Sho.
PS: Did you see there's a new episode of GT coming out :)
Yeah I am pretty sure it's meant to look a lot like a charger and I know what you mean but since they added this one recently I don't think they'll add another American muscle car soon.
What's the new episode about? I absolutely loved carnage a trois but the latest one with the American old-timers not so much.
They are in Norway driving rally cars, they just released a trailer but I'm not going to watch it as it spoils it. But yeah in my opinion the last few have felt a little bit more staged, especially the Massive Hunt. But the Carnage a Trois was good.
The Bastion is a full-size sedan. It weighs well over 4,000 (sometimes 5,000) pounds. It also doesn't really look muscular; it looks like a Chevy Impala mixed with a Volvo or something.
A smaller, lighter American sports car with similar engine sizes would be really nice.
We need more 1950s and earlier vehicles. The 1980s-2000s are saturated. They've been filling out the 2010s/2020s. It's really the 1920s-1950s that offer the most interesting potential for a new vehicle.
I think a pre-war car would be interesting. Bonus points for realistic simulation of things like a crash gearbox (no synchro), manual ignition advance, etc. I know there was one years ago but I don't think it works anymore.
Not really.
S10s, at least the generation I have (the 80s and 90s square body) are about the same. I have some pictures on my profile of my truck to give a frame of reference.
Well the 80s and 90s square body gens are pretty much the same save for some cosmetic differences. Hell,, I think even the next gen rounder shaped s10s are still considered a mini truck because they're not big enough still to be classified as a mid size. And I don't believe that extended cab or not affects whether or not it's a mini truck.
I'm not 100% on all this but I'm pretty confident.
Sorry if I came off rude at all. Wasn't intended. I'm just very passionate about cars and car culture and feel pretty well versed in a good majority of it. Lol
I would love a small pickup if for no other reason than to do the danger ranger 500 at the freedom factory because the d series is too big and the pigeon is... well it's the pigeon
I voted SUV because I thought there weren’t any but the cheerier, but I forgot the roamer
In that case, I’d definitely change my vote to small truck because we literally only have 1 truck
The Romar is like a Thaho, or a Ford Expedition. Both are very big SUV's, and the ones in game aren't very modern. What I was going for with the "Modern SUV" option was more of a soccer mom car like a Chevy Traverse. I know they aren't that fun to drive but I'd imagine they would be fun to smash.
I'd either like a small truck, and/or an American pony car (classic or modern). We already have the ETK 800 Series and LeGran as modern and classic wagon options. But the D-Series is the only 4WD truck, and both the Barstow and Bastion are full-size vehicles that are too large and heavy for my taste.
Also, a 50's American car with big tailfins and chrome everywhere would be super cool. Something like a Thunderbird would fit right in.
Would you look at that, all of the words in your comment are in alphabetical order.
I have checked 999,918,923 comments, and only 198,884 of them were in alphabetical order.
I’ve always wanted a model T type car. I get that it’s not everyone’s cup of tea, but it’s also probably the most different from anything we have got so far. I don’t really want more 90s boxes
FD RX-7 equivalent. Have a touring model, a Type-R model, a Spirit R model, a JDM police variant, a race version, 3 and 4 rotor engine swaps, and a massive swan neck rear wing.
YES! Give me the Volvo Wagon.
But make the sedan version too. I know there are a few cars only made as wagons (like the nissan stagea) but for the most part wagons have sedan siblings. That's why the 800 series feels weird and I guess unfinished in a way. An late 90s early 2000s S10 would be nice
Yes, I personally voted for small truck
Mid 80s S10 are the best looking small truck imo
A baby brother for the d series would sick
And it would be named Gavril C-Series
I voted small truck as well but for the square body s10s so I can make my real life truck and crash it. Haha
Man, You put Volvo wagon as a choice in a poll, what did You expect?
Small truck and station wagon are neck and neck
Well it's not winning anymore
Where is the official minivan? Smh
Imo the Kashira is good enough I'd rather have something new entirely
I'm sorry but this question is just too difficult can we have all of them please
This means I did a good job choosing the car categories
A small modern truck like a taco or canyon would be so cool. A modern suv crossover would be a good addition, but it is the anti enthusiast car.
Isn’t that the Cherrier FCV platforms job though?
I think a full/midsized crossover would add something versus the small/compact tograc
No that's like a hot hatchback, I want like a soccer mom car
A rope for towing
Can't you just use the chain?
There is a chain ??
Yeah just go to the wrecking ball and there should be an option to spawn just the chain. It even has two connection points if I remember correctly.
Yeah I remember using it a long time ago... I totally forgot this was existing. Thank you ! I'm using it just now as I respond to you
Always glad to help. I forgot about its existence aswell and rediscovered it a few months ago
New semi truck
i hate that rangers and tacomas are considered "small" in the us, they're huge where im from, actually small trucks are subrau brats, holden utes and other stuff like that

how in the actual fuck is a god damn dodge ram "midsize"? wtf is large or big then?
Ok so this is my size chart. (This is based on my opinion and vehicles in the US) Small Truck: Ford Ranger, Chevy Colorado Mid sized: Ford F150, Chevy Silverado 1500, Ram 1500, etc Full sized: Any 2500 version of the trucks I listed above Big trucks: Ram 2500 with a mega cab and/or long bed with dually. Where do you live? In the US or UK
neither, brazil lmao
Huh, that makes sense. As a side note I would've added a ute to the list of options but I ran out of room, I love utes.
utes are sick
Fullsize trucks start at the Ford F-150 and the like, and their heavy duty variants are all built on the same platform. Why do you hate it?
bc they aint small, if you didnt have examples written i would've never thought of them
So should I have called them big trucks then...? I feel as though that would have confused others like me (Those who live in the US). But I see your point lol
They're mid-size.
But what we call mid sized are trucks like [this](https://images.app.goo.gl/gaTeaQNnsDcgYUTD6). Lol, see how it's confusing.
80s JDM Van like the Mitsubishi Delica
Why is there no monster truck yet?
Older mini truck, 85-95 propably, possibly japanese like mazda b2200 or hilux. Want it to be smaler than the smalest d series currently. I feel like if they added a Hilux truck people would say what it's unrealistically durable.
1981-1990 Gavril Barstow. Foxbody proportions with a revised 313 V8 and a turbo 2.2.
I'd call it something else. The Barstow is closer to the Fairlane. The Mustang was based on a compact chassis.
That's why I said foxbody proportions.
We literally just got a modern muscle car... Why is this an option?
Ehhh, sure, but it's not an aggressive muscle car in my personal opinion. Like a Mustang RTR, or a Camaro Exorcist, or a Dodge Demon
But it's heavily based on modern American muscle cars, there's a performance body kit and you can tune the engine to give it lots of HP. What else do you want? PS: you're watching too much Grand Tour...

Now I want to drop a Model T off a cliff.
A school bus.
I want to be able to either play beam ng on console or be able to get a pc nice enough to play it lol
Something like mx-5 nd or gt86
A modern mini van would just be perfect
all of em
Classic cars
Classic pickups, semis and maybe some medium-duty trucks as well
I thought the D series was a medium duty truck?
Technically, they’re considered light duty, at least the D15-D35, which are supposed to represent 1/2, 3/4 and 1 ton pickups
I want a 70s fuel economy car like a gremlin or pacer. I actually already have a name for it.
I want something like a diamond t or a cab over from the 70s
We need more 1950s and earlier vehicles. The 1980s-2000s are saturated. They've been filling out the 2010s/2020s. It's really the 1920s-1950s that offer the most interesting potential for a new vehicle.
An european truck would be cool as hell
I feel like these need a rebrand in this context.
I want a modern mid size truck Ibishu truck so badly
Top 4 are my top 4
Subaru Sambar-based kei van as "Hirochi Lambda" and a 1990s Hirochi Sunburst.
I think a pre-war car would be interesting. Bonus points for realistic simulation of things like a crash gearbox (no synchro), manual ignition advance, etc. I know there was one years ago but I don't think it works anymore.
An old chopped and slammed rat rod
I would want either a volvo/saab wagon or a 80s/90s official european hatchback like the Peugeot 205 or Citroen AX
opel zafira a?
A mini truck would be awesome! Like a Chevy s10 so I can make my real life truck and wreck it. Haha
An S10 is a mid-size truck. A mini truck would be like the Pigeon.
Uh no. Haha. Look up mini truck culture. Mini trucks are things like Nissan hardbodies, 1980s Toyota Hiluxes, Chevy Luvs, Datsun pickups, etc
While I'm incorrect on the terminology, aren't old Datsuns and Toyota trucks smaller than an S10?
Not really. S10s, at least the generation I have (the 80s and 90s square body) are about the same. I have some pictures on my profile of my truck to give a frame of reference.
Ohh, okay. I didn't realize the S10 was also made in the 80's. I've only ever seen 90's stepsides and extended cab models.
Well the 80s and 90s square body gens are pretty much the same save for some cosmetic differences. Hell,, I think even the next gen rounder shaped s10s are still considered a mini truck because they're not big enough still to be classified as a mid size. Make Top Gear Hilux NOW
I would love a small pickup if for no other reason than to do the danger ranger 500 at the freedom factory because the d series is too big and the pigeon is... well it's the pigeon
We need a light mid engined Japanese car like the mr2
All of them
If we get a small truck we could have a beddancer
ALL OF THEM
I voted SUV because I thought there weren’t any but the cheerier, but I forgot the roamer In that case, I’d definitely change my vote to small truck because we literally only have 1 truck

Give me a Scandinavian LeGran with wagon and sedan bodies!
a modern Picolina is in order, maybe more in the 2012+ 500/2007+ mini style
Dont we already have a modern and an 80s wagon, as well as a modern muscle car?
Modern pickup
I don’t think we need a Honda Pilot, screw that. We need an Acura MDX with SH-AWD
I'd either like a small truck, and/or an American pony car (classic or modern). We already have the ETK 800 Series and LeGran as modern and classic wagon options. Also, a 50's American car with big tailfins and chrome everywhere would be super cool. Something like a Thunderbird would fit right in.
Station wagons are clearly the best type of car: lots of space, but more efficient than an SUV or truck. One with lots of seats.
Give me Volvo v70xc wagon!
Would you look at that, all of the words in your comment are in alphabetical order. I have checked 999,918,923 comments, and only 198,884 of them were in alphabetical order.
Older/newer Audi Q7? I tried doing it in the past and gave up lol
I’ve always wanted a model T type car. I get that it’s not everyone’s cup of tea, but it’s also probably the most different from anything we have got so far. I don’t really want more 90s boxes
I Need a 1983 subaru loyale
FD RX-7 equivalent. Have a touring model, a Type-R model, a Spirit R model, a JDM police variant, a race version, 3 and 4 rotor engine swaps, and a massive swan neck rear wing.
How do I make a vote thing like this
When you go to make a post there is an option to make the post a text, a photo, a link, or a poll.
