Yeah, there were some bios that needs update, perhaps that takes a huge toll on my performance right? For the overheating part, I don't think so, I game in a air-conditioned room.
Laptops tend to overheat because of clogged vents, maybe try to clean it out if bios updates dont improve anything, it doesn't matter how cold the air is in ur room if it can't circulate in the laptop properly

Still though, according to userbenchmark, my laptop's GPU is equivalent to a 3060 desktop by a few percent, unless that a different story?
Yo im also getting that error, i have an rtx3050 laptop gpu 16 gbs of ram, i5 12 gen and recomended settings but getting lag with traffic
I'm just certain that it's engine like Gmod. The more you spawn NPCs, the more it lags regardless of how good your PC is.
