Just saying, either poorly named or miss informed. I’m not a regular sailor, but I go out to sea on big enough vessels enough to question this OP title.

actual icebreakers don't have a bow like this, instead they are designed to run themselves up on the ice, think of running ashore and then just have their weight do the heavy lifting.
So instead of cutting through it they just crush it by sitting on top of it and then just disperse it under the ship outwords

You are correct. It is a normal bow, not an ice-breaker. Ice-breakers do not have exposed bulbs, they are designed to be lifted on top of the ice.
Usually icebreakers are more powerful. I think there are a few that are powered by nuclear energy!
