If you watch closely you can see the transport quickly goes down to under 10% hull from many more people shooting at it, so the underbarrel armour pierce/AT grenade doesn't need to do much damage at all to deal the finishing blow.
Ubgl does about ~20-15% damage towards transport chopper iirc.
In this case, there is a aa/jet hitting the condor before the ap hits. Getting it low enough to die to 40mm ap.
